Are you involved with an NCFR state/regional affiliate council or NCFR student affiliate council? Are you looking to expand your leadership experience? The NCFR Affiliate Councils Board seeks nominations for two executive committee openings starting in November 2023 just after the 2023 NCFR Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida.

An election for these two roles will take place in February. If you are interested, please apply by Monday, January 9 to place your name on the ballot!

Descriptions of the roles:

Student Affiliate Adviser Representative - This role consists of representing the interests of student affiliate members, consultation with Student Affiliate Council Presidents and Advisers as needed, and attending three Affiliate Council Board conference meetings. This is a two-year position starting in November just after the 2023 NCFR Annual Conference (Orlando, Florida) and running through the NCFR Annual Conference in 2025 (Location TBD). Affiliate Councils Conference Program Chair - This position is a member of the NCFR Annual Conference Program Committee, which includes attending program committee planning sessions in the spring and at the annual conference, as well as Zoom meetings throughout the year. This role is responsible for programming the Affiliate Council Workshops. This is a two-year position starting in November just after the 2023 NCFR Annual Conference (Orlando, Florida) and running through the NCFR Annual Conference in 2025 (Location TBD).
