Research award available to students in applied social, behavioral sciences

The Society for Applied Anthropology is offering a research award for students in the applied social and behavioral sciences.

Recipients of the Peter K. New Award for best papers on an applied research project in the social/behavioral sciences will receive $3,000, $1,500, or $500 for first, second, and third place awards, respectively. Recipients also will receive a travel stipend to attend the society's annual meeting.
