At Rising Tide Car Wash in Parkland, Florida, 35 of the 43 employees are on the autism spectrum. John D'Eri, the father of one of the employees, started the car wash to help provide his son and others on the autism spectrum with an opportunity for employment, which can be difficult to find once they age out of the school system.
