Graduates of the Family and Consumer Sciences Education program are in high demand in Missouri and throughout the nation, so you will easily be able to find your place as a family life resource educator, teacher in the Parents as Teachers program, grade school nutrition teacher, or in any number of educational roles.

You will receive a strong foundation in educational principles as well as in specialty areas like family, human and child development; consumer and resource management; nutrition and wellness; fashion and textiles; and housing and interior design. After receiving this unique degree, you will be able to share your knowledge and passion with high school students throughout the state.
