Register by the mid-June earlybird deadline to get the best rate; rates go up after that date.

Discounted Hotel Rooms for Students

Student-rate rooms at the Rosen Centre Hotel are full (as of 8/29/17). If you have questions, please email Judy Schutz.

Student Aide Volunteers

Our student aide spots have all been filled. Thank you to everyone who volunteered to work a 4-5 hour shift at the conference.

If you were selected to be student aide, please make sure to register! Student aides receive a discounted conference registration rate of $75 (reduced from $130 or more). The student aide schedule will be emailed to registered aides on September 15, 2017.

There is a student aide waiting list for any cancellations that may arise. If you need to cancel, or have any other questions, please email Judy Schutz. 

Student Events at the Conference

Each year's conference features a great lineup of events for Students and New Professionals (SNPs). You'll find a broad range of topics related to career planning, professional development, and networking. Look for more details in the near future. SNP sessions are open to all conference attendees.
