Call for Feedback: How the American Community Survey Collects Information

The U.S. Census Bureau is soliciting feedback from the public on how information is collected through the American Community Survey (ACS). This feedback will inform changes in order to be more consistent with the 2020 Census data. Specifically, the ACS plans to change race and ethnicity questions and the reporting of infants' ages to match the 2020 Census. 

Family researchers and professionals are invited to weigh in on these and other topics relative to their areas of research and expertise. All public comments must be submitted by Dec. 17, 2018.
