Former NCFR member and former CFLE Susan Jean Eitel passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2013. She was active with NCFR as a student and later as a faculty member.

Susan's passion was in education. She earned her Ph.D. in 2007, and went on to teach at Texas Woman's University, from which she retired in May 2011.

Donations may be made in Susan's name to the National Kidney Foundation.
