Conference Code of Conduct

NCFR is committed to providing a safe and collegial meeting environment that fosters open dialogue and free expression of ideas without harassment, discrimination, and hostile conduct, as well as equal opportunity and treatment for all its conference participants. This same commitment is expected of all conference participants.

Please read the NCFR Annual Conference Code of Conduct and learn how to report harassment or unacceptable behavior that occurs at the conference.

Child Care

For parents seeking supervised care for children traveling with them, Town and Country's suggested child care provider Munchkin Minders offers in-room childcare (see rates). Parents or caregivers are responsible for making their own arrangements and paying for all child care fees. Make a reservation on their website.

(NCFR does not manage any arrangements, reservations, or contacts with the provider and assumes no responsibility or liability related to participants' child care needs.)

All-Gender Restrooms

Two locations:

  • Level 1 in the Lobby area

  • Level 1 near the Atlas Ballroom

NCFR's identification of all-gender restrooms at its annual conference is intended to make public restrooms in our host hotel more welcoming and safer for transgender, gender expansive people, and those who need restroom assistance.

Our goal is to provide a safe and accessible environment for all people attending our conference.

Signs will be available to clearly indicate the purpose of the room and when the room and private areas are in use. Please note: due to regulations on storing bodily fluids, we are not able to provide a refrigerator in this room. All of the hotel’s sleeping rooms do include a fridge.

Please note: Conference attendees have access to choices of breakout/concurrent sessions to attend throughout the conference, but your registration does not guarantee a seat in concurrent session rooms. Rooms may need to be closed if attendance reaches capacity, so we encourage you to arrive early to sessions to help ensure that you receive a seat.
