Original Articles on Understanding Gun Violence from a Family Perspective
Gun violence has been a topic of recent considerable attention, and in response, NCFR called upon family scholars and practitioners to create original articles to aid in the understanding and prevention of gun violence from a family perspective.
The results were published in the winter 2018 Family Focus section of NCFR Report and the fall 2018 issue of CFLE Network.
The authors of these collections explore ways to respond as family scholars and practitioners, including direct interactions with individuals and families, improved training of professionals, and public policy recommendations.
