Family Life Education Month is recognized each February, with the aim to mobilize Family Life Educators and supporters to increase awareness and understanding of Family Life Education.

The African Families Focus Group provides a means to engage all African scholars, as well as other scholars interested in researching African families/African diaspora, in a dialogue about issues pertaining to challenges encountered while studying African families.

The Qualitative Family Research Network (QFRN) is a group of family scholars who use qualitative methods in their research, and who meet and otherwise communicate with each other with the following goals: a) to promote the use of qualitative research methods in Family Science; b) to share ideas in teaching qualitative methods in Family Science; c) to recognize high quality qualitative family research in Family Science.

If you have particular questions, the best person to ask is a mentor or colleagues who is experienced in qualitative methods. You can also consult published books and articles, many of which are referenced on the QFRN Focus Group's webpage.
